Need a Return or Exchange? We’ve Got You Covered!
For any return or exchange requests, just reach out to us at support@verbalwardrobe.com. Here’s a quick rundown of our policy:

Returns & Exchanges: You have 7 days from delivery to let us know if there’s an issue with your order.

Size Issues or Wrong Product: If you received the wrong item or the wrong size, just shoot us a message within 7 days of delivery (including the delivery day). We’ll help you exchange it for the right size or product of equal value—no extra charges! We’ll even arrange for a reverse pickup.

Extra Charges: If the exchange item costs more, you’ll need to pay the difference online.

Condition of the Product: For returns or exchanges, the product must have its original tags, be properly folded, and securely packed to avoid damage during transit. Without these, we won’t be able to process the exchange.

Refunds: We offer refunds only for faulty products (not for other reasons). If there’s a defect, please contact our support team at support@verbalwardrobe.com with your order details, a description of the issue, and photos of the defective item.

Restocking Fee: In rare cases, if you return a product (without delivery issues), Rs 100 will be deducted for reverse pickup due to increased logistics costs. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method or your provided bank account.

Product Variations: Please note that slight color or design differences may occur between what’s shown online and the actual product. This doesn’t qualify for a return or refund.

Damaged Deliveries: If the product is damaged during delivery, do not accept the package. If the damage occurs after delivery due to mishandling, we’re not responsible for a refund.

Eligibility: We reserve the right to deny any returns or exchanges if the merchandise doesn’t meet the return criteria. Returns and exchanges are limited to one request per order.

Used/Washed Products: Once a product is washed or used, it cannot be returned or refunded.

Sale Items: Products purchased during sales or with discount codes are not eligible for a refund.

Size Exchange: Free exchanges are available for size issues, but no refunds will be given for size-related returns.
